You don't need another diet. You need a few simple tools that make eating well the easy option.
What's inside
High-Protein Recipe Library
A growing collection of protein-first recipes that taste like actual food. Every recipe comes with clear ingredients, a step-by-step method, and calories and macros, so you always know what you're eating.
High-protein breakfasts
Quick starts that front-load your protein for the day, most ready in 10 minutes.
Simple lunches
Filling, packable meals that survive a workday.
Satisfying dinners
Family-friendly meals that happen to hit your protein target. Nobody needs to know they're "healthy".
Snacks and sweet treats
Something sweet that still fits your goals.
Food Diary
See what you're actually eating, without judgement. Spot patterns, make better calls, and understand how your daily choices add up. The aim isn't perfection. It's awareness.
Habit Tracker
Results come from the small things you repeat. Track the habits that matter to you, like water, meal prep, steps and protein, and watch your streaks build.

How it works
Add the AL app to your home screen.
There's nothing to download from an app store. Open your welcome link in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android), tap Add to Home Screen, and it works just like any other app.
Cook something good tonight. Pick a recipe, follow the steps, and log it in a tap.
Meet Alex
I'm Alex, a former Royal Marines Physical Training Instructor with 15 years of coaching experience.
I've worked with hundreds of people, and the pattern is always the same: training gets the attention, but food decides the results. Most people don't fail because they lack willpower. They fail because they don't know what to cook, they get bored, and they give up.
Everyday Plate is the food system I wish every client had from day one: simple, high-protein meals and the tools to keep doing it week after week.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a good cook?
Not at all. The recipes are straightforward and use everyday ingredients, even if you've never followed a recipe before.
Is this a strict meal plan?
No. You choose the recipes that suit your taste, schedule and goals. There's no set menu you have to follow.
Is it only for weight loss?
No. High-protein meals support fat loss, muscle building or simply eating better. Adjust your portions to your goal.
Is coaching included?
Everyday Plate includes recipes, tracking tools and the community, but not personalised coaching. If you want a custom training and nutrition plan, check out the Form Plan (£35/month) or the 1:1 VIP Package with Alex (£149/month). Where can I access everything?
Everything lives inside the AL app. Once you've joined, open your welcome link, add the app to your home screen and log in with the email you signed up with. It takes about 30 seconds.
Do I need to download it from the App Store or Google Play?
No. The AL app is a web app, so it installs straight from your browser without an app store. On iPhone, open the link in Safari, tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome and tap Install app or Add to Home Screen. It then opens full-screen from its own icon, just like any other app.
I signed up through Instagram and can't see the option to add it
Instagram opens links in its own browser, which doesn't allow installing apps. Tap the ⋯ menu, choose Open in browser (Safari or Chrome), then add it to your home screen from there.
Stop Wondering What to Eat
Open the app, pick a recipe, get cooking. High-protein meals, simple tracking and a supportive community, all for less than 80p a week.
Start building better habits, one meal at a time.
